Hi, I’m Adrienne. As a lifelong truth seeker driven by my insatiable passion for cutting edge personal empowerment and evolution, at the end of 2023, I couldn’t put it off any longer and I walked away from my 16 year career as a physical therapist to take the leap into transformational coaching. I spent 2024, deeply immersed in a powerful year long coaching program at The Institute for Women-Centered Coaching with Claire Zammit, PhD and it has showed me that real transformation is not just about gaining knowledge and insight but it is also deeply relational and experiential.
I am so fortunate to have had the privilege and opportunity to work with my mentor and program founder, Claire Zammit, who has dedicated her life and the past 25 years to studying, understanding and doing the boots on the ground work of breaking through the inner barriers that keep intelligent and capable women from living their highest potentials and the life that they so deeply yearn for. Built upon decades of research and experience, this body of work addresses the root causes of what is really holding us back from the inside out. And though this research is based on women, I also (joyfully) work with men and it is just as effective and relevant.
We can not do it alone. We do not become ourselves, by ourselves. This body of work and immersive experience has given me the strategies, the structure and the supportive relational container that I was needing to reclaim my own power and be an impactful change agent for my self, my people and my world. And now I am ready to bring all of this goodness into the world through 1-1 coaching, creating content of my own, facilitating groups, and leading workshops and retreats.
My people know that we are meant for more than what our current reality offers us. I love people. I love our planet. And I believe in humanity. I believe in us. In addition to coaching, I am committed to actively healing & ending gender based violence and objectification, and transforming the unhealthy and dysfunctional feminine masculine dynamic that is at the root of so much pain and suffering on this planet. We are so much more than how we look or how we please or displease others.
I believe that we all have seeds for greatness sown inside of us and when we have the right kind of support, we flourish! And when we flourish, the world flourishes! Everyday, what gets me out of bed in the morning is knowing that what is missing from this world is more people living from their power center and that there is something I can do to help change that! YOUR VOICE, YOUR UNIQUE PERSPECTIVE AND EXPERIENCES, GIFTS, and CONTRIBUTION have real value and need to get out into the world where they belong and there is a natural flow that comes out of you when you are living from your power center, with an intact inner navigation system and you are connected to and honoring your own feelings, needs and desires and centered in your body and resourced self. It is how we will create a loving, beautiful, new reality together.

Each of us is delightfully different and unique but in working with thousands of women over the past 25 years, Claire Zammit has found that there is common ground to be found for women who are yearning to self-actualize. Not only has she been a pioneer in creating shared language and concepts to be able to communicate and express our yearning for these things with each other, but also normalizes this experience many of us are feeling to experience things that we have never had role modeled to us before. And the challenge of this is, we can not source our past or our present for how to create these things for ourselves. And this method specializes in showing us how we CAN access and source this level of creation for ourselves.
In addition to sourcing and building a new powerful vision for your life it also addresses those sneaky inner barriers, identities and the meaning making that were formed at an early age based on life experiences and that unless disrupted, continue to sabotage best efforts from the inside out. So together we figure out where these things are hiding and disrupt them so that they no longer have power over you!
Rather than specializing in one or two of these categories, my passion is really in empowering my clients to succeed in connecting with ALL of them and bringing them together in their own FULL version.
